How can I place my order? 
To place an order: 

  1. add the items to your shopping cart 
  2. you can place the order through our website checkout or PayPal. 
  • If you would like to continue the checkout process through our website, please click the green "Proceed to Checkout" button on the right side of the screen. 
  • If you wish to proceed through PayPal, please click on the PayPal button 
  1. You will be redirected to our customer information page. You will be prompted to enter your information: 
  • Email Address 
  • Name 
  • Address 
  1. If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" box on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click the "Apply" button so that your discount is calculated and applied to your order. 
  2. Continue by clicking on the "Proceed to Shipping Method" button. Make sure you have entered the shipping address correctly (if different from your billing address). Once you have entered all the details, click on the "Proceed to payment method" button. 
  3. you must now enter your payment details. You have the option to indicate that the shipping and billing information match if this is the case. 
  4. once you have completed the form, click on the "Complete Order" button. You will be taken to a screen that contains a summary of the order as well as an on-screen order confirmation and a second confirmation email.

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted? 
You will receive an email confirmation with the order number and details about your purchase. 
Can I change my order? 
We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipment. To make changes to your order, please contact support by submitting your request through the "Contact Us" form. 
How can I cancel my order? 
If you wish to cancel your order, you must email us within 48 hours so we can cancel it before it ships. 
How can I add or remove products after I have placed my order? 
Once you have placed your order, you will not be able to make any changes to the website. Please contact our customer service team via the 'Contact Us' form if you wish to make any changes to your order. 
How can I track the progress of an order? 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and text notification with the details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email. 
Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order? 
If your order has not shipped yet, we can ship it to another address if you wish. To find out more, you can contact us using the 'Contact Us' form.  
What if items are missing or incorrectly delivered when I receive my order? 
For missing or incorrectly delivered items, please contact us at malaniflow@gmail.com. Please include your transaction number (order number) and provide us with proof (file size should be less than 1MB). We will gladly reship the correct item to you at no additional cost and will not reclaim the incorrectly shipped item! You can keep it as a gift from us.

How do I add items to my shopping cart? 
This is how you add items to your shopping cart: 
Navigate to the page of the item you are interested in, then select your preferences for the item. When you click the "Add to Cart" button, you will be taken to the "Shopping Cart" page. 
Enter the quantity of the item you would like to order in the "Quantity:" field next to the image of the item. After you have entered a quantity, you can continue shopping or complete your order. 
How can I view the contents of my shopping cart? 
To view the contents of your shopping cart, click on the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the website. Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the number of items you want in your cart by updating the quantity indicated. You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity listing.  
How can I remove items from my shopping cart? 
First, click on the "Shopping Cart" icon in the upper right corner of your screen. This will allow you to view all the items that are currently in your shopping cart. Once you find the item you want to delete, click on the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list. This will automatically remove the item and refresh the page to reflect your changes. 
How can I change the quantity of a particular item in my shopping cart? 
First, click on the "Shopping Cart" icon in the upper right corner of your screen. You will then see all of the items currently in your cart, as well as the quantities you have selected for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor to the "Quantity" field for that item and enter the desired quantity. Once you do, the quantity and associated dollar amount (if applicable) will automatically update to show the correct amount for the quantity and cost on the right side of your screen. 

PAYMENT 

What payment methods do you accept? 
You can purchase on our website with a debit or credit card. We also support PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other wallets. You can select these payment methods at checkout.  
How do I make payments with PayPal? 
 PayPal is the easiest way to pay online. Once you have added the items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, you can click on the "PayPal" button. You will then be redirected to the PayPal website. Make sure that you enter the correct information so that the payment can be processed quickly and smoothly.  
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on this website? 
We use third-party payment intermediaries to process all credit/debit card payment transactions. These payment intermediaries comply with PCI, the most stringent certification standard, which ensures that all cardholders' data is stored, processed, and transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption technology. 
Are there any hidden costs? 
There are no hidden costs or additional shipping fees. The total price shown on the product page next to the photo is the final price. What you see is the price you pay. 

SHIPPING 

What is the status of my order? 
Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order has shipped, we will send you another email with a link to track your order. Or you can track the status of your order in the "Order History" section of your account page on the website. 
How can I track my order? 
 Your shipping confirmation email will provide you with a tracking number. You can use the number and track your order at https://malaniflow.com/apps/track123
How will my order be shipped? 
 Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. 
What are the shipping charges? 
 We have a fixed shipping fee of $4.99 USD for the USA and $5.99 USD for all destinations worldwide. 
Do you ship on the same day? 
We ship the same day, provided you place your order before noon that day. 
Where do you deliver? 
We currently ship worldwide. However, if your country is not supported by our logistics, we will inform you immediately and make the necessary changes to your order. If you would like to know more about our target countries, please contact our customer support via the contact form. 
Can I ship to an address other than the billing address on my card? 
 Yes, this is possible. 
Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order? 
 If your order has not been shipped yet, we can ship it to a different address if you wish. To learn more, you can contact us at malaniflow@gmail.com to request such changes.  
My order has been returned to origin (RTO). What does this mean? 
 Shipments are designated as RTO (Return to Origin) under the following circumstances: - More than one delivery attempt was made, but the shipment could not be delivered because either the address was incorrect or no one was present at the address provided - The address could not be found because it was either incomplete or the pin code was incorrect - You or someone at your shipping address refused to accept the order Under these circumstances, our customer service team would attempt to contact you at your registered phone number. If you do not receive a response on this number or it is unreachable, the package will be returned to the sender.  
How long will it take for my order to be delivered? 
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and the type of product ordered. Once you place your order, it usually takes 24 to 36 hours for it to be processed and marked ready for shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

What are your return and exchange policy?

Our customer service is available 24/7. We will respond to your request as soon as possible. 
Do you accept returns? 
Yes, we accept returns if the following conditions are met: - The item must have been sold in our online store - The item should not have been used in any way - The item should have its original packaging with all labels, etc. - The request for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact support by submitting your request through the "Contact Us" form. A member of our support team will respond to you as soon as possible. 
Can I exchange an item? 
We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns. - The item must have been sold in our online store - The item should not have been used in any way - The item should be in its original packaging with all labels, etc. - The return or exchange must be made within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please submit your request via the "Contact Us" form. A member of our support team will respond to you as soon as possible. 
How can I make a return? 
We only offer exchanges of items in accordance with our exchange policy. Before placing an order, we recommend that you read our shipping and return/exchange policy.

Do you have physical stores? 
We currently do not have any physical stores under our brand name. However, we have several distributors in Europe, the USA, Canada, and India. For the full list of stores that distribute our products, please refer to our store locator map. 
Is there a warranty? 
We guarantee that all our products manufactured by us and sold through our online store are free from defects. 
How can I contact customer service? 
Our customer service is available all seven days of the week from 8 am to 6 pm. You can reach us by email.  
Can I use multiple coupons for the same transaction? 
You can only use one coupon for a single transaction or shopping cart. However, you can add multiple items to a cart to use one coupon and receive discounts. 
How do I use a discount code? 
 To use a promotional code, please follow these steps: 
Select the item you wish to order and then click on the golden "Proceed to Checkout" button. 
You'll be redirected to our customer information page on the next page, where you'll need to fill in the appropriate information 
At the top right of the page, are you will see a "Discount" box.  
Enter the discount code and then click apply. You will need to verify that the discount has been applied and is valid by seeing that it has been applied to the breakdown below. 
Will my personal information be kept confidential? 
All information you share with us is private and confidential. At no time will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent unless required by law. 
Is it safe to order online? 
 Yes. We take extreme care with the information you provide to us when ordering from our online store (or through any other means). The server on which our store is located encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer data using the standard Internet protocol SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
